Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving any problems that arise. 

If an item arrives damaged and is unusable, please provide photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and advise on the next steps. Refunds for damaged goods will only be considered upon review of the provided documentation.
